THIRD-PARTY COSTS & CANCELLATION

Refund and cancellation rules (what’s refundable, what’s not)

Concierge fees are separate from the vehicle purchase and from any third-party charges (inspections, registrations, shipping, or other services arranged for your deal).

If we start work

If you cancel after we begin concierge work, the portion already used for scheduling, sourcing, negotiations, and coordination is not refundable. Any unspent concierge time may be credited, depending on deal stage and vendor timelines.

  • We’ll apply work already performed to your request.
  • Credits depend on remaining steps and third-party constraints.

If third parties are booked

If we book third parties on your behalf, third-party costs follow the vendor’s terms. These fees are generally non-refundable once scheduled and paid, even if the deal is later canceled.

  • Inspections and bookings proceed under the vendor’s policy.
  • We confirm expected costs before booking when possible.
