1. Definitions

• Service means the hostcraftnet.com website and any related concierge assistance.
• You means the visitor or user of the Service.
• We, us means hostcraftnet.com (LLC).

2. Scope of Concierge Assistance

We may provide information, coordination, and guidance (“concierge assistance”). The Service may include sharing instructions, recommendations, and helping you navigate available options. Concierge assistance is not a guarantee of a particular result.

Where third parties are involved, you may need to contact them directly and their terms apply to their services or products.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We strive to provide accurate and helpful information, but outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee approvals, eligibility, acceptance, delivery, timing, or any other specific result.

4. Fees and Engagement

If we charge fees, the applicable price and payment terms will be provided to you before any binding commitment to the extent required. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

You understand that concierge assistance may require your cooperation (e.g., providing information and responding to communications). Delays or omissions by you may affect timing and outcomes.

5. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.

6. Consumer Distance/Online Contracts (Ukraine)

If we offer distance or online arrangements to consumers, we provide the required pre-contract information, including clear provider identification and key contract terms, in accordance with: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (№ 3153-IX).

For distance contracts, we enable the consumer’s right of withdrawal within 14 days, including a website form for withdrawal applications and instructions, in accordance with: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (№ 3153-IX).

Electronic commerce procedures are supported to enable proper identification and conclusion of electronic transactions consistent with applicable requirements, in accordance with: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" (№ 675-VIII).

7. Personal Data and Cookies (Ukraine)

If the website uses cookies or other trackers that collect personal data (for example, advertising identifiers or behavioral identifiers tied to individuals), processing is conducted lawfully and in compliance with: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" (№ 2297-VI).

8. Acceptable Use
